What is the Trade Rewards Program?

The Trade Rewards Program is an incentive program designed to reward you for selling and installing eligible gas appliances. You can earn cash incentives for every qualifying sale and installation, refer colleagues to earn bonuses, and participate in quizzes and video activities to gain extra entries into the major prize draw.

Who can participate?

The program is open to licensed plumbers, gas fitters, and other eligible trade professionals. If you work in the gas industry and sell qualifying appliances, within NSW, you can take part.

How long does the promotion run?

The promotion runs from 09/06/2026 to 09/09/2026. Make sure to submit all claims and redeem rewards before 09/10/2026.

How do I earn cash rewards?

You can earn rewards by selling and installing an eligible gas appliance and submitting a claim.
This is a limited offer with a maximum of 640 cashback claims available. Once this is reached, no further cashback will be awarded under any circumstances.

How much Cash Back will I receive?

  • Gas Hot Water Installations - $200
  • Heating Installations (gas flued heaters and gas fireplaces only) - $250

How do I claim my Cash Back?

Complete and submit the online entry form with the details of your purchase as required and by providing all other requested information. Follow the prompts and upload a valid Tax Invoice/Purchase Receipt and CoC.
The Promoter may invalidate any claim where sufficient proof is not provided. Claims may be rejected if deemed fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise not to the satisfaction of the Promoter.

What Proof of Purchase do I need to provide?

FOR ALL CLAIMS, retain copies of receipts for the Qualifying Purchase (which clearly shows the retailer's name, location, date and product(s) purchased) as proof of purchase. A receipt showing a Qualifying Purchase can only be used to make 1 entry, regardless of how many Qualifying Purchases are shown on the receipt. Reward processing times may vary as rewards are issued by a third-party supplier on behalf of, and not directly by, the Promoter.

How and when will I receive my Cashback card?

You can choose to receive a Choice gift card or a digital VISA gift card. The card will be issued to the email address provided in the claim form within three (7) days of approved email confirmation.

What are the likely reasons for declining a claim?

Claims may be declined for the following reasons:

  • The receipt is illegible or incomplete
  • The receipt has already been used for another claim
  • The purchase was made outside the promotion period
  • The participating product is not listed on the invoice

What is the major prize?

The major prize for this promotion are two (2) prizes, each valued at AUD $5,000.
