1. Instructions on how to claim and the reward(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer
2. Claims are only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are licensed plumbers, gas fitters and other eligible trade professionals in the gas industry that sell the Eligible Products (defined below) and conduct their business within the Natural Gas Network in NSW. For more information on the Natural Gas Network region in NSW, refer to the Natural Gas Locator Tool on www.gonaturalgas.com.au/check-for-natural-gas.
3. Offer opens for Registration and Eligible Sales (defined below) on 11/06/2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 31/12/2025 (“Sales Period”). Claims close at 11:59pm AEDT on 31/01/2026, or when stock of rewards have been exhausted (“Claim Period”).
4. “Eligible Products” are eligible gas appliances sold through eligible wholesalers in NSW during the Sales Period.
   
   REGISTRATION
5. To be eligible to claim, individuals must first register for the offer by completing the following steps during the Sales Period:
   • Visit https://traderewards.com.au/
   • Locate the online registration form
   • Input all mandatory requested details into the online registration form; and then
   • Submit the fully completed registration form.
6. Individuals must then sell and/or install Eligible Products within Jemena’s Natural Gas Network region in NSW during the Sales Period (“Qualifying Sale”). Individuals will be awarded cash back for Qualifying Sales which they can accumulate and cash out during the Claim Period.
7. The amount awarded for Qualifying Sales depends on the type of Eligible Product sold and installed by the individual. Claims for Qualifying Sales are limited to the number of claims available per type of Eligible Product as below.

   SIGN-UP BONUS

8. Upon registering during the Sales Period, individuals will be presented the option to receive $20 as a sign-up bonus (“Sign-Up Bonus”). This Sign-Up Bonus is only available once per person. For the avoidance of doubt, multiple people within a company can claim the sign-up bonus but each person is limited to one (1) sign-up bonus

9. The individual will forfeit the Sign-Up Bonus if, upon signing up, they elect to waive the Sign-Up Bonus to receive an entry into the “Win a $10K Luxury Escapes Voucher” Promotion conducted by the Promoter. Entry into the “Win a $10K Luxury Escapes Voucher” Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions available at https://traderewards.com.au/terms.
   
   ELIGIBLE SALES CLAIM
10. Individuals can claim multiple Qualifying Sales and accumulate their cash back during the Sales Period. In order to claim their Qualifying Sale without cashing out, individuals must visit the Website and complete the Upload Proof of Sale and Installation form, including the below information, and submit the fully completed form online:
    • Date of Sale
    • Type of Appliance Sold (Select from a dropdown menu: Hot Water System, Cooktop, Natural Gas BBQ, Flued Heater, Fireplace/Log Fire, Ducted Heating, Pool/Spa Heating)
    • Brand of Appliance Sold
    • Whether it is a replacement or new installation and
    • Tax Invoice (File Upload - PDF, JPG, PNG).
    
    
    SUBMITTING A CLAIM TO CASH OUT REWARDS
11. After an individual registers for the offer and/or makes a Qualifying Sale, they must complete the following steps during the Claim Period to cash out their balance:
    • Log onto their account via the Website
    • Visit the Cash Out to Visa Card Page; and
    • Input the requested information in the claim form including the amount they would like to withdraw; and
    • Submit the fully completed form online.
12. Individuals must accumulate a minimum of $20 worth of Eligible Sales to be eligible to submit a claim for a reward.
13. All claims to cash out rewards must be submitted by 11:59pm AEDT on 31/01/2026. After this date, individuals will forfeit the remaining balance for the reward.
    
    SPLITTING REWARDS
14. Claimants can also share their reward with another person. To do so, the claimant opting to share their reward must complete the following steps:
    • Log onto their account via the Website:
    • Visit the Share Your Rewards Page;
    • Input the requested information in the form including, but not limited to, their name, the amount they would like to share and the recipient’s contact details; and
    • Submit the fully completed form online.
15. Recipients will receive an email with instructions to access their VISA Card. For the avoidance of doubt, recipients do not need to register for the offer to receive the reward.
    
    REWARDS
16. Eligible individuals that validly submit a claim to cash out under clause 11 or are a recipient of a reward under clause 14 will be awarded a digital VISA Card loaded with their accumulated reward value. The value of the digital VISA Card will depend on the total amount accrued from Eligible Sales claims and/or the Sign-Up Bonus.
17. Claims are subject to approval and a claimant must allow thirty (30) business days from the date the claim is submitted for the Promoter to review their claim and provide the relevant reward.
18. Rewards will be dispatched to the email address or phone number (via SMS) provided by the eligible claimant within thirty (30) business days following approval of their reward claim.
19. Rewards are subject to availability and to each supplier's standard terms and conditions. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the reward are not included. Any unused balance of the reward will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a reward is subject to the Digital Gift Card Product Terms and Conditions available at https://truerewards.com.au/igo-issuer-visa-gift-cards-terms/.
20. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimant’s (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the offer. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
21. Incomplete or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.
22. Claimants must retain a copy of their tax invoice and certificate of compliance for Eligible Sales as proof of sale. Failure to produce the proof of sale for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant’s claims and forfeiture of any right to a reward. Documents must clearly specify the date of sale, the type of appliance sold and the brand of appliance sold.
23. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
24. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. If for any reason a claimant does not take/redeem a reward (or an element of the reward) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the reward (or that element of the reward) will be forfeited.
26. If any reward (or part of any reward) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the reward (or that part of the reward) with a reward to the equal value and/or specification.
27. Claimants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful claimant (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this offer (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
28. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
29. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
30. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer.
31. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in reward value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or (f) use of a reward.
32. 32. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.jemena.com.au/about-us/privacy-policy/. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All claims become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose claimant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
